http://www.rcsb.org/ PDB：查找已经有结构蛋白质/生物大分子的数据（PDB格式，用pymol等软件打开）
http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ Blast：没有已知结构，在Blast中输入蛋白序列并选择在PDB库搜索，可查找相似结构。
http://ekhidna.biocenter.helsinki.fi/dali_server/start Dali：根据已有结构，查找具备相似三维结构的蛋白/分子。
http://www.pymol.org/ PyMOL：很方便的软件，可打开PDB文件，用于分析，作图
http://consurf.tau.ac.il/ ConSurf：将序列保守性投影到蛋白结构上，方便分析关键表面区域的功能。
